Ready to flex your Growth Marketing muscles? Writesonic is on the lookout for a talented Growth Marketer to join our powerhouse team!
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As the backbone of our growth operations, you'll be responsible for driving marketing campaigns, reducing churn, and optimizing retention.
With a product-led marketing approach, you'll help make Writesonic the go-to choice for content marketers, growth marketers, solopreneurs, demand gen leads, and D2C marketers globally .
In this role, you will design a differentiated and engaging experience that helps our customers achieve success and get inspired. You will anticipate potential blockers that may slow down customer adoption and proactively build and implement a plan to create stronger alignment.
You will also be responsible for gathering insights from customers to surface ideas for new product features, working with our product and engineering team to make those ideas a reality, and rolling them out to customers.
As a Writesonic's Growth Marketer, you'll need:
- Be the force behind driving revenue and user growth.
- Good understanding of marketing tools such as Mixpanel and Segment, and possess a data-driven mindset with familiarity in marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Previous experience in marketing operations and product solutions, particularly in consumer-centric, SaaS, or self-serve products.
- You are obsessed with optimising user journeys and funnels for better onboarding.
- You should have passion for data and customer experience, you should be highly analytical, and can think strategically to identify opportunities to create a better customer experience. In addition, you should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- You should have a knack for writing in the form of blogging or copywriting
- You love solving harder problems using no-code tools and automation like Zapier, Make and Bubble.
We're looking for someone with a passion for growing businesses and a creative approach to problem-solving. If you have a knack for understanding complex market dynamics and have the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions, then you may be the ideal candidate for this role.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer science, or a related field.

- You know how to high converting landing pages without developer help
- Familarity with at least one front end language like HTML/CSS and Javascript
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Ability to interpret data on tools like and come up with strategies for retention]
